We have sought feedback on these proposals before and we have learnt a great deal from talking to local people, which has influenced these latest proposals and designs. 

We have talked to people with very different perspectives. We know many people share our concerns about the costs and damage that will be done if we do nothing, and therefore want to see investments like this in active and sustainable transport to encourage more people to switch out of their cars. At the same time, other people continue to have practical concerns.

In this document, we have sought to answer the questions we have been asked throughout this process.
