Thank you and next steps

👍 Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to complete our recent surveys on investment in active and sustainable travel.

We have had comments back from more than 1,500 South Gloucestershire residents across our two schemes, which look to make walking, wheeling, cycling and bus travel easier and safer for all.

The two schemes included:

• the A38 (between Thornbury and junction 16 of the M5), including the B4061 Thornbury Road / Alveston Hill, and Bradley Stoke Way

• the A4174 Avon Ring Road (between the Coldharbour Lane junction and the Wick Wick roundabout).

🗣️ We would also like to thank all those who attended one of our drop-in sessions either in-person or online. Our events were well attended with more than 400 people coming along to view proposals and speak to the project teams. These events provided a great opportunity to answer questions and listen to concerns.

All the feedback we have received during the last six weeks will now be collated and analysed, and we will share the results in the coming months.
